This hardback sketchbook is covered with wonderful paper depicting a longdog running with a torch through the forest, with a swallow flying overhead.

Printed by Cambridge Imprint, it is a recreation of a pattern originating in an artist’s colony established in the Sussex village of Ditchling in 1921 by Eric Gill, Hilary Pepler and Desmond Chute.

Inside are 88 pages/176 sides of beautifully smooth, chlorine free recycled paper, with a natural uncoated quality, made in a papermill in Austria.

Stitched with waxed linen thread, with an elastic closer, this landscape format book opens flat, so you can cover the paper from edge to edge, and use easily whether you're left or right handed.

Measures 22cm x 17cm.
